Why is the ministry of helps needed? (Ephesians 4:11-16)
There is work involved in ministry (Eph.4:12).The  church grows and is healthy when every joint supplies.
Who participates in the ministry of helps? (1 Corinthians 12:18)
God placed every member in the church as it has pleased Him.  Everyone should participate in the ministry of helps. The root word in participate is the same root word that’s found in partner that word is part. You must find out what’s your part in the body of Christ and do it.  If you never do your part, you’ll never feel a part.
